Cancellations & Refunds
No, there is no fee charged for cancelling a transfer. However, please note that cancellations are subject to the status of your transfer at the time of the request. If your transfer has already been processed or paid out, it may not be eligible for cancellation.
Once the Cancellation request has been approved, it usually takes 3 to 10 working days for the funds to be credited. The exact timeframe may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
