Your reward points will be automatically credited to your earn section once your friend completes their first qualifying transfer. You can view your reward points through the APP under Manage → Earn section and you can use your points anytime
Your referral code is your Roze ID, which can be found on your home screen. Share this with family and friends, so they're linked to you when they sign up and complete their first qualifying transfer.
Don't worry, this can happen for a few reasons:
- Your friend hasn't completed their first qualifying transfer yet
- Their transfer was cancelled or did not meet the qualifying criteria
- Your reward points may have expired

You can share your unique referral link or code with your friends and family. They need to use your referral link or code when signing up so that the referral can be tracked.

- Apply your points towards your transfer

No. Self-referrals and duplicate accounts are not eligible for Reward Points.
Yes. Referred customers must complete the applicable identity, compliance, KYC, AML, and fraud-prevention checks before the Reward Points are issued.
Once credited, your Reward Points will appear in the Roze Remit Earn Rewards Section of your account.
Your Reward Points can be used toward future Roze Remit transfers. You can use Reward Points for up to 2% of the sending amount in a single transaction.
No. Reward Points are non-transferable and can only be used by the customer who received them. You cannot transfer your Reward Points to another Roze Remit customer or another person.
No. Reward Points cannot be withdrawn as cash or exchanged for cash. They can only be used toward eligible future Roze Remit transfers.
Your Reward Points are valid for 30 days from the date they are granted. After 30 days, any unused Reward Points will expire.
If the qualifying transfer is cancelled, refunded, reversed, or disputed, the referral Reward Points will be reversed within 24 hours.
If multiple referral links or codes are used, the referral will be attributed based on the code applied at the time of registration.
Yes. Roze Remit may request additional verification or identification documents from participants where necessary.
Yes. Roze Remit reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the referral program. Any applicable changes will be reflected in the Referral Program Terms & Conditions.
If you have completed a referral but haven't received your Reward Points, first check that the person you referred has completed their first qualifying transfer and that the transfer meets the minimum required amount. The referral must also pass the applicable verification and compliance checks.

The referral program applies across supported Roze Remit corridors. Eligibility and applicable reward currencies may depend on your location and sending currency.
Your referral code is your unique Roze Remit unique customer code/id. You can share it with your friends and family so they can use it when signing up for Roze Remit.
When creating a transfer, you will see an option to apply your available Reward Points. You can select this option to use your Reward Points toward the transfer, subject to the applicable limits.
Reward Points are applied toward the amount you need to pay for your transfer. The amount applied can be up to 2% of your sending amount per transaction, subject to your available Reward Points balance.
- Example:
If you have £5 in Reward Points and create a £100 transfer, you can use up to £2 in Reward Points (2% of £100). You would then pay £98, with the remaining £2 covered by your Reward Points.
You can use reward points on a transaction with a minimum amount of GBP 50, CAD 50, EUR 50, AUD 50 or CHF 50.
