Terms & Conditions

Effective 13th July 2026 and ending 13th September 2026 (the "Campaign Period"), the "Earn £50 on every 5 successful conversions" campaign runs as a temporary enhancement to the Roze Remit Referral Program (Refer a Friend) effective 15th March 2026. Except where expressly modified below, all terms of the existing Referral Campaign Terms & Conditions continue to apply.

Definitions

• "Referrer" means an existing Roze Remit customer who refers to a new user using their unique referral link or code.
• "Referee" means a new user who registers using a Referrer's unique referral link or code.
• "Registered Country" means the country of the customer's verified Roze Remit account. A customer's Registered Country is fixed and is used to determine their reward currency and threshold. It is the United Kingdom, European Economic Area, or Canada.
• "Eligible Corridor" means one of the following sending routes only: United Kingdom to Ghana, United Kingdom to Nigeria, and Canada to Cameroon. No other route is an Eligible Corridor.
• "Qualifying Conversion" means a Referee's first transaction that is sent on an Eligible Corridor, is at or above the Minimum First Transaction value for the Referee's Registered Country, is paid for, and passes all verification and compliance checks.

Eligibility

• Only customers whose Registered Country is the United Kingdom, within Europe, or Canada are eligible to participate. Roze Remit has no direct customers in Ghana, Nigeria, or Cameroon; these are destination countries only and confer no eligibility.
• All existing and new customers in eligible countries are automatically eligible to participate. Participation implies full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
• A referral is counted only when a Referee registers using the Referrer's unique link or code and then completes a Qualifying Conversion.

Rewards

• For each Qualifying Conversion, the Referrer and the Referee each receive the reward set out in the table below, in the currency of their own Registered Country.

• The Referrer and the Referee are each rewarded in the currency of their own Registered Country. Rewards are never converted between currencies and cannot be exchanged for another currency.
  
  The Referrer is rewarded in the currency of the Referrer's Registered Country, and the Referee is rewarded in the currency of the Referee's Registered Country, each as set out in the reward table. The Referrer's reward is determined solely by the Referrer's Registered Country, and the Referee's reward is determined solely by the Referee's Registered Country. Where the reward table specifies no Referee reward for the Referee's Registered Country, the Referee receives no reward. Rewards are never converted between currencies and cannot be exchanged for another
• Cross-border referrals are permitted. A Referrer and a Referee may be in different countries; each is rewarded in the currency of their own Registered Country, subject to the conversion being a Qualifying Conversion.
• A conversion earns rewards only if the Referee's first transaction is sent on an Eligible Corridor. If the Referee's transaction is sent on any other route, neither the Referrer nor the Referee receives any reward for that conversion, and that conversion does not count toward any Bonus.
• In addition to the standard reward, the Referrer receives a Bonus of GBP 25, EUR 25, or CAD 25, in the currency of the Referrer's Registered Country, on every fifth (5th) Qualifying Conversion: the 5th, 10th, 15th, 20th, and each subsequent multiple of five, with no maximum number of Bonuses. The Bonus is paid to the Referrer only. The Referee receives no Bonus.
  
  In addition to the standard reward, the Referrer receives a Bonus, in the currency of the Referrer's Registered Country and in the amount set out in the reward table, on every fifth (5th) Qualifying Conversion: the 5th, 10th, 15th, 20th, and each subsequent multiple of five, with no maximum number of Bonuses. The Bonus is paid to the Referrer only. The Referee is entitled only to the standard reward set out in the reward table for the Referee's Registered Country and does not receive any Bonus.
• Bonuses are credited every Monday. Each Monday, Roze Remit credits the Bonuses earned for Qualifying Conversions that were completed and verified in the preceding calendar week (Monday to Sunday). A Bonus is credited only after the underlying Qualifying Conversions are confirmed to be genuine.
• Only Qualifying Conversions completed and created by the customer within the Campaign Period count toward Bonuses. The conversion count begins on 1st July 2026, resets at the start of the campaign, and does not include conversions completed before 1st July 2026 or after 31st August 2026.

Using rewards

• Reward credit may be applied toward future transfers, up to a maximum of 2% of the sending amount of the transaction to which it is applied. Reward credit may not be applied to any transaction that is itself a Qualifying Conversion. Any transaction to which reward credit is applied will not be counted as a Qualifying Conversion, and the 2% usage applies only to transactions that do not generate a referral reward or count toward a Bonus.

• All rewards earned under this campaign, including standard rewards and Bonuses, expire 30 days from the date they are credited. Expired rewards cannot be reinstated.
• Rewards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Rewards may be reversed if the Qualifying Conversion is refunded, cancelled, disputed, or identified as fraudulent, including any Bonus to which that conversion contributed.

Verification, fair use, and campaign integrity

• Reward is subject to the Referrer and Referee passing all compliance checks (KYC / AML / Fraud Control). No reward is credited if a referral fails compliance or fraud checks.
• If multiple referral links or codes are used, the reward is issued based on the code applied at the time of registration.
• Roze Remit reserves the right to suspend, reverse, or deny any reward in cases of misuse, including referring to existing customers, referring users from the same household, fake or duplicate accounts, or abuse of the referral mechanism.
• Roze Remit operates fraud and campaign-integrity monitoring for the Campaign Period and reserves the right to withhold, delay, reduce, reverse, or deny any reward or Bonus, and to suspend or remove a participant, where it identifies activity, it reasonably believes to be abusive or manipulative.
• Such activity includes coordinated, bulk, or organized referral activity carried out to accumulate Bonuses, whether by one participant or a group acting together.
• Roze Remit reserves the right to pause and review referrals that show abnormal patterns, including unusually high conversion velocity, multiple conversions in a short period, or referrals linked to correlated accounts, devices, payment instruments, contact details, or IP addresses.
• Referrals are invalid where Roze Remit identifies collusion between a Referrer and a Referee, including any arrangement to share, split, or transfer rewards, or any attempt to refer oneself through a separate or secondary account.
• Conversions are invalid for Bonus purposes where the funding instruments, beneficiary accounts, devices, or network fingerprints of a Referrer's referred Referees are correlated across that Referrer's referred cohort.
• Conversions are invalid for Bonus purposes where two or more Referees referred by the same Referrer send to the same or overlapping beneficiaries.
• Where a conversion contributing to a Bonus is later found to be invalid, fraudulent, reversed, or in breach of these Terms, the associated Bonus may be reversed, and remaining conversions may be re-counted accordingly.
• Roze Remit may request additional information or documents, including ID, to verify any referral, conversion, or reward, and may withhold rewards until verification is complete.
• Repeated or serious breach of these Terms may result in forfeiture of all accrued campaign rewards, removal from the campaign, and, where applicable, suspension or closure of the participant's Roze Remit account.

General

• A customer's Registered Country and reward currency are set at the time of each conversion and cannot be changed to claim a different currency, threshold, or reward.
• Roze Remit may send notifications or emails regarding reward status, usage, balance, and expiry subject to customer’s Marketing consent.
• Roze Remit reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this campaign at any time without prior notice with 1 weeks’ notice. All decisions regarding reward eligibility or reversal are final and binding.
• These Terms & Conditions are governed under the jurisdiction applicable to Roze Remit's main customer agreement. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws and jurisdiction applicable to Roze Remit's main customer agreement, as it applies to the customer's Registered Country. Where a conflict arises, the terms applicable to the customer's Registered Country prevail.
• By participating, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Referrers must obtain consent before sharing the contact details of any individual they refer.
• If you believe your reward eligibility has been incorrectly denied, you may raise a dispute by emailing [email protected].

Tax

• You are responsible for any taxes or charges related to rewards received under this campaign. Roze Remit does not provide tax advice or assume liability for any tax obligations.
